Tony has over 25 years of sales, sales management, marketing and training experience. He has worked for multinational corporations as well as small startups. He is a dynamic and accomplished executive with outstanding success in developing sales professionals and leaders in various industries. He has successfully sold, marketed, trained, led, designed, developed and executed solutions to meet business objectives. He is an award-winning, results-driven leader with demonstrated success in coaching and leading individuals to higher levels of performance.
Tony grew-up in the Boston area and has lived in several different locations throughout the Northeast. His formal training is as a pharmacist, having attended Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston where he received a BS in Pharmacy with a minor in Business Administration. This business interest led him to work for several pharmaceutical companies as a sales representative, account manager, training manager, district/regional manager, associate director of managed markets training, head of sales training & development and marketing product manager. Throughout his career, he has been able to balance his clinical knowledge as a pharmacist along with his love of business. He has also worked for smaller businesses who were looking to grow their sales and marketing programs.

After moving to southern Maine, he has started a consulting business to share his passion and help others grow their businesses. He started this business to help small to mid-sized companies with their need for sales, management, marketing and related training.
Tony is a husband and father of two and enjoys being outdoors and working with kids. He loves coaching and helping kids develop lifelong skills as part of teams and other activities.
